ABOUT US – THE STORY OF EXCLWELL


EXCLWELL Vegetarian Food Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, the family of founder that has adhered to a vegetarian diet for over 40 years. Guided by the principles of "heritage" and "integrity," the company is dedicated to producing plant-based vegetarian foods as alternatives to meat. Committed to food safety, every product undergoes strict production and inspection standards, meeting vegetarian food regulations and earning international HACCP and SGS food safety certifications.

Customer experience is at the core of EXCLWELL’s brand value. In addition to launching festive gift packs for various holidays, the company adheres to the management idea of "enthusiastically serving customers and continuously improving quality." From the very start of gluten-processed food production, EXCLWELL developed soy fiber processing technology in 2000, followed by seafood product technology. As of now, the company has independently produced hundreds of goods, successfully transitioning into a diversified vegetarian food production factory.

Our products are available not only in Malaysia but also in Singapore, mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Thailand, and Vietnam, among other locations. We have recently expanded our marketing collaborations into European countries to increase our international market presence.

The abrupt onset of the pandemic in 2020 took the firm off unprepared. Despite this, EXCLWELL elected to move forward by launching a new product line: VEGAN Ready Meal Packages. These kits not only assist rookie cooks avoid culinary disasters, but they also fulfill expats' homesickness, resulting in a sales breakthrough in 2021.

Our goal is to remain at the forefront of our industry by developing and promoting more creative and high-quality products. We ensure strict quality control of all raw materials, adopt better technologies, and focus on nurturing specialized talents. We are committed to eradicating unscrupulous vegetarian products, allowing more people to eat vegetarian food with confidence and peace of mind, and fall in love with vegetarianism. We advocate for non-violence and environmental protection, starting with us.

鸿缘素食品工业有限公司最早成立于1998年,创始人一家茹素长达40余年,是以“传承、诚信”为理念,致力于生产纯植物性成分的素食品来代替肉类的需求。公司坚持以食品安全为目标,每一样产品都有严格的制作及检验标准,除符合素食品规范,产品皆荣获国际认可的HACCP及SGS食品安全认证。

顾客体验是鸿缘品牌资产核心诉求,除了在各种节日推出应景的大礼包,公司也秉着“热诚服务客户,持续完善质量”的管理方针,从早期生产面筋加工食品,到2000年开始引进大豆纤维加工技术,而后再引进海鲜类产品技术,至今已自主研发超过数百种产品,成功转型为产品多元化的素食品生产工厂。

至今为止,我们的产品除了在全马各地销售,在新加坡、中国大陆、台湾、香港、印尼、澳洲、纽西兰、加拿大、泰国、越南等地也有销售,近来也在推进与欧洲国家的行销通路,扩大国际市场。
